I would raise it anyway, he would re-raise with QQ+ and you could easily fold 
btw. I didnt find a SHC for SH at pokerstrategy pages, or is here a reasonable one?

I'm not using a fixed SHC. Adept my range to looseness/tightness of the game. Dunno if there is one.
I like to call TT pf, since I don´t want to get it all-in pf.
Turn re-raise is very good move if player can bet/fold overpair.
But since board is drawy I think often enough they would just shove and against shove you´re almost never ahead.
Standard line is: re-raise flop or call flop, call turn, fold river.
