Every time I try to import hand it counts me as an error and not importing at all. Why? I reinstalled elephant and the Database twice, but nothing. Need help!

I guess you are playing on Pokerstars so you should use the newest Pokerstars patch from there.

NO even with the fix, i also can't get it to work.
importcount 0 errorcount 5
and i reinstalled my pc again for it 
updated with the latest patches and still nothing.
even put py clock from pokerstars on UTC
any suggestions ?
or do i need to take other analytic software ?

I had the same problem, but after reinstalling windows and installing the newest version of Elephant it works for me.

seems like the same problem i'm having. I tried un-installing and re-installing. i have no idea what's going on. it worked fine last week. Help Please! I'm ready to give up on Elephant and go with PT or HEM. Don't know if this is related but i suddenly am getting a warning during start-up saying Elephant is to be used as Admin. What does this mean?

It means you're running Vista and need to right click it and click 'run as admin'. There's a way to set 'run as admin' as default if you dig around in 'properties'.
