MegaPokerSeries – Vienna

The second season of the MegaPokerSeries deepstack tour is concluding in Vienna next January.

Vienna's Montesino casino hosted the first Mega Poker Series back in January 2012, and two years later it returns. The first-ever MPS tournament saw 390 players generate a €273,300 prize pool. This year, 443 entrants generated €310,100 - what's in store for 2014?

Satellite structure

Here's how to qualify through Poker770's satellite tournaments:

€1,500 Packages

There are MegaPokerSeries packages to be won every Sunday and Tuesday.
You can qualify by playing in the daily MPS satellites from just €2.20.

Buy-in only

You can also play to win solely the €770 buy-in for the MPS every Thursday evening for only €21.

Late registration (up to 60 min) is available for all tournaments.

Payout Structure

The payout for the 3 finals (Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday) will be manual, which means that the prizes will be credited the day after each tournament.

Poker770's terms & conditions apply to this promotion and may be changed at any time.

I have managed to freeroll a 100Euro token for the Super Saturday MPS. X(

You may be wondering why I am unhappy with that. ?( Well, I wanted the 15-Euros prize money for third place instead. Rather than, fingers crossed, run good and min-cash in the S.S. MPS. A tournament with rebuys and add-ons I can't afford to buy. Leaving me a miracle to make the money.

With four players remaining in the freeroll, everyone, except for me, went all-in with the chip leader who took them all out. Leaving me in second place and fuming having won a 100Euro free entry token. X(

I had something similar with 3x $215 tickets in a satellite and a fourth prize of $206. I'd have rather won the cash, but when we were four-handed and I shipped it in with any two cards I managed to win and bust another player.

I did not go on to win the $215 tournament, but who knows; maybe you'll end up heading to Vienna!

i played the "super sat MPS" before last sunday , wnt all in in great spot on button with straight 23456 against A2345 and BB called with flush draw on turn , pot 9k , and for early chip lead hemade his flush on river.

gotta notice that 90% are weak players because they won the ticket from freerolls andit is not necessary to make re buy or add on if you want to take the package. cheers i hope next time i reply this post with information that i took the package
