It can take up yo 96h after you sent Id and prof of residence first up to 48h for idcheck and then 48h for processing the payout.
what is this? we asked for a scanned copy for your identity card via email which we have not received yet.

We also require a proof of your residence, i.e. any bill adressed to you (e.g. gas, phone) or a bank statement (of course you can blank out any information not relevant for us).

The support wants a proof of residence - so a scan/picture of a bill addressed to you (e.g. gas, phone) or a bank statement - with any confidential information blacked out. This is just to confirm your address.
