First of all flop is an easy push, so nh.
Preflop is kinda weird, especially when looking at his stats, you'd think he can only have a really strong hand here. I think TT+ AQ+ would be a reasonable range here. But his preflop and postflop play don't really match, so it's kinda hard to determine that properly...

But if you decide to play the hand and raise preflop, there is no turning back on the flop. :)

nice hand, with a shorter stack you could think about pushing preflop

make a note what his minraise means, that differs from player to player
