It was early. Maybe I should have just check/folded the flop?

Or maybe I should have check/folded the turn when the danger card came.
Yeah...that's probly it.

check/fold imo...

if you are in the BB with multi way pot like this one , you want to hit the flop big and on this flop you are not beating much

as played on turn you should check/fold this , you asked question on flop & the guy got some of this & you got no idea where you are

Betting the flop is OK IMO, although checking to see what the others do is also safer... check fold the turn tho... because the K is a nasty card.... once he called the bet on the flop you have to consider what he is playing... any jack completes the straight... you are beaten by any K, set etc... betting the turn was the mistake here. check fold was the play... and remember, with cards like that you are not looking to win a big pot if you are going to win it....

Hi all,

I agree with everyone else. If the opponents are tightish, we can play bet/fold on the turn for half potsize bet (because it's heads up and our villains may even fold a Q when we bet again). But at low limits, check/folding the turn is best. I too like your bet on the flop, although I would personally bet 200 (we're still folding to a raise).
