Do I have monster draw here on the flop and can I cap it? Turn, river ok?

Yes, the flop play is good here. UTG+2 is showing a lot of strength raising the turn after your flop cap, so I would also just calldown from here. The river is a pretty horrible card, and after UTG+2's bet, I don't know if we beat anything. He could be overplayed JJ or QQ but I think he is likely to have flopped a set, straight or he has a T. Getting 12.6:1 I would call this river and note him.

UTG shows alot of strengh raising this turn again yes. Still i cant fold the river getting 12.6:1 here. Ive marked it for ciRith so he can take a closer look at it.

Isn't the cap on the flop too aggressive? Why wouldn't this be a calldown to river after a 3-bet on flop?

Cap is right with monsterdraw (15 outs, most clean in this case, should give us about 54% to complete our hand till river).

Cap is good multiway with so many outs.

You can't really fold here, all draws missed so you will win often enough :)

The T isn't bad, it's unlikely that he plays just a T this way and you beat 87 aswell now.

He can very well play TT, 88, 77, T8 and T7 this way. But as the pot is big and there is a chance that he overplays his draw a call should be fine.
