Let's examine what's going to happen on the turn if you call this flop.
Turn is an offsuit ten. --> You have the nuts but it'll be tough to get multiple streets of value from villain.
Turn is T:c --> you'll usually get to showdown and win more often than not but can't usually get two streets of value. You'll always lose two streets vs better hands.
Turn is Jc --> basically the same scenario as with the T:c
Turn is an offsuit J: you'll get 1 or two streets of value from worse hands, you'll always lose two streets vs better hands.
Turn is a club: You usually end up turning your hand into a bluff.
Turn is any other card: you're either folding turn or praying you get to showdown for free and even then won't win over half the time imo.
Hence, folding flop is good.
