Yesterday out of 398 hands dealt one a single table I hit a shockingly low 4 pairs one of which was pre-flop Jacks which I got sucked out on the other 3 all being bottom pair. No flush draws or run draws either.

After a break I returned to be dealt 75 hands without hitting a single pair or pre-flop pair and quit for the night totally bemused, again including hands folded I didn't hit a single flush, run etc nadda nothing zip.

Then this morning 209 hands dealt and hit a 'massive' 6 pairs 3 of which were bottom pair, 2 were middle and 1 was top which I was sucked out on with top kicker. Including all folded hands I didn't hit a single run, flush or anything else. Mystified!!!

I've never heard "hitting a bean" before.

Not hitting a bean means not hitting anything at all - even something as worthless as a bean  Use your imagination! :P
