Bad push...

Your stacks looks like it's a really nice stack and it's just stupid shoving it all in the middle as a bluff vs a Bigstack... maybe okay if you were shoving it into a smaller stack... but it's just a bad push imo....

Check and hope you spike a set on the flop...

Not enough dead money in the pot and your stack is just too big to risk for few bb..

Risk vs Reward... The risk is way too much... but if you had a 12k stack and the other dude had 3.5k stack... you would always shove it :)

true, I just didnt expect him to have JJ with that limp. Was expecting some marginal hand with which he will not risk 1/3 of his stack or coinflip against AT+
honestly that limp was for me somethng like small pair which is going to be fold to my push.

I kinda like his limp as a trap because there are so many players on your table facing a push or fold... btn has 420 chips... and he was probably expecting him to push any two giving him a option to limp push almost every time :)

Now on the $11 level I'm seeing a lot of those traps being made when we get into the push or fold stage by bigstacks :)... still you should never give a utg limper too much credit... But still I feel like the risk is to much... He might be trapping with QQ+... Trapping with JJ doesn't make much sense to me :)

And well with your stack you really really don't want to risk it with a coinflip...

but ofc. you couldn't know he had a JJ but still I'm not a fan of the push... Since he could even have hands like 99 TT... And ofc. KJ+, AT+ QJs... And you just don't want him to call you with these hands...

Hi all,

I don't like this shove, because the risk:reward is just too bad. We still have 18.5BB here, and there is nowhere near enough dead money. I would make a standard raise or check here.
