I bet the turn as a semibluff and the river because I had no showdown value.
Should I have checked the river behind?

turn: no need to bet if you can see a free card
river: check/behind since he calls youre turnbet (probaply an overpair)

EDIT: you posted the results i see now, better leave the results away ;)

I would 3-bet preflop and then lead out on the flop hoping to get all-in.

As played, I would propably raise the flop. If called, then I would bet the turn and then give up on the river. If I was re-raised on the flop, I would probably go all-in on the flop.

3bet preflop ofcourse, i didnt see it :)

I would probably re-raise, since I have good equity against his range and he lead out wasn´t that strong.
Check behind river, he would call most of the river bets, since you didn´t shown any aggression on the flop.
