Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.61 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BU with T♣, T♠
3 folds, MP1 raises to $0.40, 2 folds, CO calls $0.40, Hero calls $0.40, 2 folds.

Flop: ($1.35) 7♣, 2♣, 3♣ (3 players)
MP1 bets $2.02 (All-In), CO calls $2.02, Hero folds.

Turn: ($5.39) 4♥
River: ($5.39) 2♥ (1 players)

Final Pot: $5.39

Im not too worried about MP1 (seems like donk), but CO is a solid player cold calling this flop? This is a warning for me to get out while its cheap, plus i read somewhere not to chase T-high flushes.

3-bet pf with TT, since it is far ahead against MP1 raising range and Co coldcalling range.
Postflop I would call and try to check it down.
You might have the best hand here.
