Hello Everyone Once Again ! :D

Wicked is back with the NEW BLOG ! :D

And as the title already suggests - I'm giving poker one more chance [and probably the last one, in case I fail again]. And to keep everything 'fresh, clear & clean' - decided to go with a new blog, already a 3rd one, hoping it WILL actually be a 'charm'

      - MY STORY -

For those who do not know me at all - I'm just an ordinary 26 year old from Europe, WHO:

... decided to quit all jobs and swore to NOT be back working in an office EVER again X( [ unless I will be THE ONE OWNING it :D ]
... is living with his grandparents ...
... and living FROM his grandparents money ...
... is in a CONSTANT pursuit of "perfect relationship" with women
... has been PRETENDING to learn poker for more than a year now, but actually NEVER had he put AT LEAST 50% of his REAL efforts ...
      ... has been PRETENDING to try many different "daily schedules and routines";
      ... has tried many different no limit holdem formats and types;
... has won few times little money from MTT's just so he can SUCCESSFULLY LOSE all of it at NL50 zoom :D
... but still thinks, though, that he can EASILY BEAT NL100 and above :D :D [ "self-confidence", huh    ]
      ... although - surprise surprise - has NEVER been a winning player ... :D  ;(
... aaaaand is STILL somehow BACK here AGAIN for the 'One Final Around' :D

      - THE PRESENT - [as of 2015.01.26]

Re-joined the "Get Rich or Die Tryin' - The Bankroll Challenge". Details:
      Your starting Bankroll: $160$
      Your goal: $2.000$

Also, planning to work again on some "daily tasks" and progress monitoring with "Task-Tables". New update on that will follow shortly.

very honest start :) I love that. Everything's out in the open, nothing to be scared only the heights of success. Good luck. Will be following.

A couple of quotes to inspire:
      "Where's a will there's a way"

"Fear is not real. The only place that fear can exist is in our thoughts of the future. It is a product of our imagination, causing us to fear things that do not at present and may not ever exist. That is near insanity. Do not misunderstand me, danger is very real, but fear is a choice."

"Sometimes going all the way is just a start."

Can't post because I don't have silver status :D But it is just one hand anyway and not in any way crucial, so no big deal I guess. What's more important, though, is that I wasn't lazy to look after 4 other marked hands to run them through nash :) Made just one and MARGINAL mistake. :) 3 were pushed/called correctly, yey :D

MICRO MILLIONS is back !! :f_biggrin: :f_love: So till the start of it, which is the 17th of July, the plan is to keep playing just tournaments in the first part of the day, and in the evenings - watching weazel's "6max walkthrough" video series FINALLY ! :) And MAYBE, and IF so then still just a LITTLE, zoommmmm, just for the 'practice' sake while watching the series. And then after that, obviously, - all focus for 10 days straight goes to MICRO MILLIONS 8, yey ! :f_love: :D :f_cool: Gonna win soooome moneyzzzzzz !!!

Hey ho, everybody, finished my Micro Millions schedule ! :f_cool:

      Heeeere it is:

A little "big'ish" grand total this time, but it is just because that I'm planning on attending way more events than ever before :) And so: the more events - the bigger the grand total obviously, BUT ALSO ! - the more events, the more chances to WINNNN ! :f_biggrin: And since the start of playing these series, I've won ~100$ throughout the first one, which was Micro Millions 4, then - 217$, then - 780$, and 60$ at the last one, even though the latter was really incredibly unlucky for me ALL throughout, but still, managed to end in the green. :) So ... Given the statistics that I've never had a negative total end after these events, hoping this time won't be any different :) Well maybe except me winning 10K$ ! :D :D

13:15. Size of 1.115 players, ITM for 126 place. My finish: 315 place for $0. Reason for bust: INCREDIBLY unlucky.
      Comments.

Just look at this hand ...

      SB: 40,304 (20.2 bb)
      BB: 16,720 (8.4 bb)
      UTG+2: 39,644 (19.8 bb)
      MP1: 24,213 (12.1 bb)
      Hero (MP2): 27,908 (14 bb)
      MP3: 18,448 (9.2 bb)
      CO: 23,155 (11.6 bb)
      BTN: 2,370 (1.2 bb)

      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q:spade: Q:heart:
2 folds, Hero raises to 4,260, 3 folds, SB calls 3,260, BB folds

      Flop: (12,120) 9:heart: 2:club: 3:spade: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets 23,448 and is all-in, SB calls 23,448

Shoved big here over the pot on this particular DRY board just because I was playing this PARTICULAR OPPONENT. He was a big calling station fish, and I wanted max value either from 9x, which he does have here quite a lot and is NEVER folding, or to talk himself into calling with something much weaker, as my line here might look for the fish very bluffy on this dry board.

So ... He tanked here for quite a while, and finally made the call.

      SB showed 3:club: Q:club:

      Turn: (59,016) A:heart: (2 players, 1 is all-in)
      River: (59,016) 3:diamond: (2 players, 1 is all-in)

      Results: 59,016 pot
      SB showed 3:club: Q:club: and won 59,016 (31,108 net)
Hero showed Q:spade: Q:heart: and lost (-27,908 net)

Jesus christ ... I just can't believe HOW OFTEN I make these nice reads and I'd say almost PERFECT decisions, but still I just CAN - NOT - WIN. AGAIN and AGAIN and OVER AGAIN. Grrrrrr :s_evil: Makes me wanna puke sometimes :f_mad: And SO CLOSE to the bubble, which, by the way, is even 9BI !! for these rebuy tourneys, and is a LOT. And he was THE ONLY guy that could have sent me "home" when I opened this pot ...... Lucky me. As ALWAYS. God dammit.

I particularly liked the Q3 hand, very nicely done Mr Villain. I've had a few of those stories already (MTT noob :f_love: ) and expect to have more than a few by the end of the year!

Hey good luck in the MM, I may play a few myself this time round but not on that scale. May even see you in one. :)

      Run good,

      Mal.
