List of countries available for tracking

So this applies to new PS accounts or new 888poker accounts? I mean, this then would explain why I cannot install the software via the PS link.

This is for new 888 accounts created through our download link.

When this affiliation started in June, it was only available to 6 countries. Another 19 were added last week.

Hopefully they'll be more and your country will be next.

Hi, is it possible to get an existing account tracked to PS?

Oh actually looking at my home page there is already a tracked 888 account but im not sure. How can I check?

- I have a 888 and lucky ace poker account on that network. All my funds are on LAP but ill transfer to 888 if its tracked, but I can't be sure before hand via playing some hands and seeing if points update.

It would depend on when you signed up. We had an affiliation with 888 that ended a couple of years ago.

The new affiliation applies to accounts created after June 03rd 2014.

Not at this stage, although there was a bit of a cryptic question in the original news story.

Will I get SPs if my 888poker account was tracked previously by PokerStrategy.com?

For the moment, only new accounts will be eligible for getting SPs.

The only info I can find is that 888 ban USA, Turkey and Israel. It's always possible that new countries will be added for tracking

thx Laz, maybe they are just not up to date and don't know that Montenegro got it's independence.. since Serbia is on that list... lol

Was considering creating a new account on 888 but I see Malta is not included in tracking via PS. How come this country-specific tracking approach exists on 888 and not on other rooms? Any plans to include Malta anytime soon?

I checked the Country list on their site and I found my Country.
Are the tracking rules different from accepted Countries?
I don't like to bother, but before I accidently enter this room and later find out that I could have an tracked account... that would be bad somehow...

When this affiliation was set up, it was set up as a soft launch. Initially only 6 countries were available with another 19 added after two months.

I hope to see this list ultimately include all countries available to 888 but only time will tell.

i live in greece and i only can go to 888 page via proxy. It is not possible to navigate direct from the pokerstrategy banner. How can make an acount there and track to pokerstrategy, so i earn pokerstrategy points?

It is our strong suggestion that you should comply with your local regulation and play only in poker rooms that are allowed in Greece. Any method of virtually changing your physical location so the restrictions can be circumvented is a breach of the poker room terms (and the local laws, where applicable).

The Greek government actively blocks all HTTP traffic from 888.
