I took a look at the software, seems good at first glance.
I have a question about priceing. On the website it says X$+VAT.
Why is VAT not included? also how much is VAT?
VAT vary from country to country. VAT included price will be shown on fastspring site. But you will need to create a free account first. Thanks guys for your interests!

There are couple of users from Bulgaria which want to try the 15-days trial, but looks like there isn't a option to choose PokerStars.bg client.
PokerStars.bg opens a few weeks ago and it share the same pool with .com and .eu, and maybe is matter of small HoldemBoss update?
Can you advice?

I try to install programm with using this video
1 min 56 sec I dont see this Registration window. Why?
3 min 17 sec I click to "Control center". but nothing happened. ????
Also i click to "start registrator" and see message " "you not logged in Pokerstars" while i logged in stars. ?????
So i cant work with this programm. So sic....
Is it possible to register to tournamnts in exact minute of late reg?
When I try to open registrator I got window " psreg Note fle hiba" (I got file with notes, I got my colors)
Is there some online support f.e. thru skype?

Please always make sure you run everything as administrator. What operation system do you use? Try running Reg.exe from the holdemboss directory as admin and re-enter credentials. You can manually run control center by opening Control Center exe from holdemboss directory as well. If you still experience issues, contact us on skype or by email for faster communication!

Late reg is possible with timeframe registration, but consider to join to our network, become a subscriber, and vote freely for functions like it. if the users 51% vote, it will be created for sure in case its allowed by PS.

Forwarded to the users.For a temporary workaround for BG users, edit cc.xml with notepad in the HoldemBoss directory,
and create the following line between the <Sites></Sites> tags:
<NAME>PokerStars.bg</NAME>
Save it.
Lastly select it in the Control center, and run the shortcut!

Def not a trial error stuff. Please make sure your key.reg contains the valid email & product key and that you are running the control center specific shortcut.
If you still unable to fix your issue, please contact us on skype (holdem_boss_support).
Hey, so I had the software working but then changed some of my preflop sizings and now no preflop bets are working. I have HUD working and post-flop sizing's are working even restarted couple times no joy.
Maybe you can spot the problem from this screen shot

these settings are for regular speed games sir, maybe you were playing turbo/hypers?
configurations seem totally fine anyway.
