Preflop: given that he opens bigger, we are OOP and have a weak Ax we should fold pre

Postflop: As played the river bet is fine. Bluffing flop is also an option at these limits despite not repping much.

just for future range building; is my reasoning correct here?

for a call i need to invest 2,5bb to win 7,5bb; so I would need about 33% equity
however, being out of position, it was suggested to only take 75% of your equity you will be able to realise( in video by double2)

if villain raises to 3bb, i need to call 2 to win 6,5, or needed equity of 30%
if villain raises to 2bb, i need to call 1 to win 4,5; needed equity of 22%

scenario 1 :against a very thight bu 3,5x opening only 10%of hands this big

BB     34.40%  33.10%   1.31% { Ah6c }

however, being out of position i use factor .75, so equity drops from 34.4% to 25,8%, making it a clear fold

scenario 2: if bu opens to 3,5x with wider range of 27%

BU     55.61%  52.82%   2.79% { 55+, A2s+, K5s+, Q8s+, J8s+, T8s+, 98s, A7o+, K9o+, Q9o+, JTo }
BB     44.39%  41.59%   2.79% { Ah6c }

44.4% *.75=33,3%; so this would be the break even point for a call in theory

questions:
1. is this factor of 75% you can realise your equity OOP reasonable, or do you suggest using a factor of eg. only 60%?
2. Am i correct in concluding that I should still defend about same %( bit less) of hands against a 3,5x open if ranges are similar to a 45% bu opener, but defend way less if villain is only opening 3,5x with top20% range?
