Got a couple of questions about this hand. I have tagged villain as a tight reg. 44% WWSF, 26% WTSD, Cbet flop 57%, Fold to flop raise 38%
      1) Do we call pre?
      2) Flop play? I think calling works best, our hand might not be strong enough to check/raise.
      3) Can we donk turn? Do we bluff river if called?

Hey, here's a hand for next week.
It's played on anonymous tables, I don't remember reads.
How do we play a connected board like this? There are many bad turn cards (7x 9x Qx) and we could be beaten already. So I would say it's hard to get 3 streets of value. Hands we would get value from (T9 QJs 89s) all have a lot of equity against us. Help me oblioo :f_cool:

If you don't mind here's another interesting hand.
Played on anon tables. Both are regs, I would not squeeze this if there was fish in the pot.
      So my questions:
      1) Do we cbet flop? I think it's ok for protection, almost ½ the deck are overcards for us.
      2) How would you play the turn? We can either double barrel, check/call or check/raise for value or as a semi-bluff.

Hello everyone I'm new here, and hope to learn something for the better!

BU is 27/20 over 939 hands with 71% fold to 3bet
      btn open 50%, f3b 53%, total 4bet range 1%
bet vs missed cb 50%, turn agg 35%, river agg 33%

I have these notes on him:
bluff xr AAx flop with K high
overbets river with set on flush runout

Should i just call turn and xjam river instead of raising turn?

I block some of his backdoor flushdraws and i will always stack other 7x

      Play hand

      $0.5/$1 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:

      CO:
      $145.61
      BU:
      $116.89

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, 7.
2 folds, BU raises to $2.25, SB folds, Hero raises to $8.00, BU calls $5.75.

      Flop: ($16.5) 7, 3, 7 (2 players)

      Turn: ($32.5) 9 (2 players)

Hey. Pretty standard hand vs fish. He makes a weird blocker bet on the river, which is not even a shove. I wonder if I should bluff catch?
His stats are: limp SB 50%, SB RFI 28%, Fold to F cbet 47%, turn 53%. Bet river 43%, WSD 43%. Notes "Can bluff rivers ½ pot, slowplays"
      Few questions:

      1) What do you think about SB limp range, assuming fish has RFI range? Is it weak hands like T5s 57o?
      2) What is good bet sizing plan with this hand? I think betting big would be good on the flop. Overcards are bad for his calling range and we get maximum value vs draws. On low card we get maximum value vs 8x 6x, and I think this fish will check/fold if he misses the flop. Therefore I think we should bet big.

      Hi all,

I apologize but the last part of this course (that was scheduled for the 14th) has been cancelled. I look forward to continuing to make training videos here at PokerStrategy, but will likely not be doing live group coaching sessions for the foreseeable future.
