can you read english if you are usa citizen ? During registration there was big checkmark that you confirm that you are NOT from usa.

I am sorry to say that at the moment we cannot transfer starting capital to players from the U.S. due to the current legal situation in your country. This is why you needed to indicate that you are not from the USA when you registered.
If and when the legal situation in the USA changes we hope to also accept US players - but until then there is nothing we can do

Just to clarify. If you are a USA citizen currently living outside of the USA you can sign up for the starting capital without problems. We can simply not send capital to residents of the US.

Why exactly does PokerStars allow US players yet you don't allow US players to sign up on your site via PokerStars? Doesn't make sense to me
Pokerstars also is operating "illegally", but still choose to operate in America, because they believe that the profit they make will exceed the fines they could face (it has been rumored that they have given a large amount of money to the usa (I believe I read 1 billion, but that seems like really much, so I'm not really certain about that)).
However, pokerstrategy will not make more profit than the fines/other negative measures they'll face for bankrolling american players, hence, no br for americans.
