These months May and June 2015 I will play NL5 SH on Pokerstars.
I will play at least 1360 hands/working day (4 tables, 4hours, around 30k hands/month) My goal is to achieve a winrate of 20bb/100hands at NL5 SH

yes shorthanded, 10x
next monday i will post positional winrate and week graph
I had difficulties today.
Kept looking at my winrate when playing and it was lower than 20bbs.
Finally won 3 buyins and my winrate was 20bb but i played last hands before closing and lost 1 buy in.
Got back into playing to win back and to make winrate back but lost 2 buyins to bad bluffs. (1stupid all in & one 4bet shove)
Finally got outplayed by a nit and he showed. Was -10$ ,got mad tilt and opened 6 tables, played an abc style and noticed that is quite impossible to maintain 20bb winrate with abc poker. Still i managed to get back to 0$ profit.
Later that day i played a bit and won 3 buyins fast and quit. (winrate was very low today , 10bb)

Second day i had a few bad beats witch destroyed my win rate.
Noticed that non-showdown line was high and showdown line was going negative.
I got the idea of balancing my lines a bit because i am too aggressive vs good opponents and when they notice, they let me try to steal hands that can not be stolen.

Third day i made 2 sessions. First was up 2 buyins and then dont know how i was losing, small pots but frecvently. Then won another stack and booked a win.
My second session started with -1,5 buyins flips. Then ups and downs, made a few all in bluffs that didnt work. was down like 4 buyins and thought that i make too much plays because i have too much time to spare between hands. Played 12 tables ,got lucky in a few spots and ended up with positive session.
In the evening played a bit and got lucky and booked a 17 bb win rate for the hole day.
I also realized that previously my aproach was to 3bet alot and last 2 days my aproach was to defend vs 3bets and only 3bet (half value/half bluff). That is why my winrate crushed on me!!! and because i force things too much.
4th day i played 600 hands in a non thinking way, not looking at my opponents and was -1buyin, then next 600 hands in a thinking way and was 2 buyin up, then some all in preflop got me to 0$. To not finish the day i played a few hands more ... maintained my good play and got +2$.
I am pleased at how i played, even though i didn't win.
absolutely no need to do this kind of plays( witch are quite -EV) at the micro stakes, only solid game you need and you will fly through the stakes
In order to get a solid game i recommend you to follow No Limit Beginners course with confidant91 and get involve there in as many discussions possible.
PS: tx for joining the challenge and wish you all the best to achieve your goals

5th day of playing. I am so elegant in my play. I made 3 stacks -ev blunders but it happens to me. I read hands well but i missinterpret hands sometimes and lose a few all in bluffs.
I make tons of +ev game which makes me in peace.
First session of the day was >20bb/100hands. Second session was also >20. Maybe its because it is weekend.

6th day of playing.
First session i played spewey but after a few hands i was high class elegant. won 1 stack even though i had an opponent suckout for an all in. Winrate looking good for first session.
Second session was a disaster -3buyin ,i got bored for waiting people time out and tried 12 tabling and i failed.
Third session was disaster. I played like a calling station... showdown bound and lost many small to medium pots.
Also i had a few hands at NL25 and had a swing down and up there too.
I thought fishes come on weekends but dont know what happened i played even worse and got chicken scared of regs.
I understand this on weekends, fish are everywhere and everyone is induced a state that someone is bluffing every time.
Fourth session i lost again and cant play anymore, am so tired of focusing for stupid pennies.
day result -27$. Worst day of this challenge.

7th day of playing.
First session managed to win 2 buy-ins and booked a win.
Second session i did table selection and won another 6 buy-ins.
Third session did table selection but didn't play my aggressive game and didn't pay attention to table and lost 1 buy-in.
Overall my best day at NL5 but I didn't feel great because it was table selection for fishes.

8th day of playing
First session i couldn't focus. Just played idiotic plays in idiotic spots. -4 buy-ins in 500 hands.
Second session another -5 buy-ins in 400 hands. Call it a day.
Session 3 was -2 buy-ins in 200 hands at 1 table.
outcome is -11 buyins at NL5. I did try to focus and played 1 table but i didn't find weakness in my oponents.
Feel hopeless. I'm dying trying.

10th day of playing
First session was up and down at 2 tables but ended with +2$. Yay!
Second session was +0.5$.
[b]Noticed that my good days was when my aggression was high.
I was betting so strong that my hand should have been stronger. I was not really in spots where i was calling and if i was , i would steal the initiative. This got me into putting my stack in vs quads. My red line got higher than my SD line.
The positive of that was that it was higher chance of people not bluffing me because i show so much strength.
I tried to temper my aggression and not be so spewey and now if i make a bet of 50% pot and get raised , i am thinking that my opp is raising for he thinks i am weak. So i call too much now, like a calling station.
This is my leak, which is good that i found it. Now looking for a way to find the balance!?!
I played a lot in micro limits (NL10) and had a win-rate over 10BB/100. From my experience at this limit it's not good to have the red line over to SD winnings. You do have to play aggressive and focus on your red line, but do it against exploitable opponents. Try to find spots when you auto-profit. I would recommend w34z3l's videos, because those are really awesome and I believe you could learn a lot from them. Against fishes/donks/stations it's better to wait for strong hands and value bet them, ABC!
I saw that you had a very though day, when you lost 11 buy-ins. My advice is to not concentrate on the outcome of your game so much. I believe that learning and becoming a better player should be your main goal. After that money will come automatically. Also, in my honest opinion 20bb/100 goal is unrealistical at NL5SH.
Are you reviewing your game? I find it very useful to review before every new "work day". I know it's hard and sometimes boring, but it's worth the effort.
I hope my post helped a little! Maybe post more hands or statistics, so people would comment on them.
Short comment on the 2 hands that you posted. With TJo I don't like to 4bet shove as bluff. One reason is that is better to bluff with Ax, Kx, hands because you have blockers on AA,KK and AK. Another reason is that the 3bet is already very big(15BB), you should find spots when the 3bet is around 9-10-11BB, then 4bet bluff to 22-25BB. This is a better strategy, then directly 4bet shoving. But be careful with this moves, don't do them often and do it against the right opponents.
The second hand with KQo would have been an okay spot to 4bet bluff for example. As played I don't really like the x/r for value on the flop. 1. If he has bluffs, which he will have often, you will lose value. 2. Nothing weaker will probably call, and nothing stronger will fold.
If you write a blog, keep track of your results and improve daily it means you are on a good track. Keep up the good work!

11th day of playing
Received my new poker gaming chair and am happy with it.
Poker is not going great but i didn't play much because i was learning poker 14 hours a day after my downswing.
Played this night and spewed 3 buyins and had a bit of fun doing it.
Second session was me owning people. Weird... must be because of chair?!?
Ended the day +5$

13th day of playing
Result at NL5= 22$ Battle range of the day
The trick was to put money in when i had a bit of equity.
First session result at NL5= -13$
I am not nitty enough. I called too much combined with river aggression.
I am describing me. A loose-tag preflop and postflop fish. A calling station
Second session results at NL5= 35$
i did multitable 12 tables. I did not get deep into the game. I folded when people float me and didnt 3barrel much.
I somehow managed to 3bet the weakest hands i would fold. And it worked. I also 3bet for value KQ,AQ,TT, wich i normally dont. I once 3bet AJs from BB vs UG as a bluff.
