Villain has 3 V$IP, 2 PFR (100+ hands) and I had seen him do this with AA like 3 times. He was multitabling 11 tables.

Call for 100 BB, fold for 200 BB because of the read.
Just 100 hands is not a strong enough read for me to fold KK for just one stack.
