Another Loose Passive Player I think. I think Bet/Fold Turn, but in retrospect Is the 6 really that scary a card? how often is he holding 23 or a gutshot?

BB bets $0.2, Hero raises to $0.6, BB folds.

Fold it preflop, don't openlimp. You're making yourself a perfect target for an isolation raise, which you can't call cause you're almost always dominated. You can raise it from late position or maybe even mp3. Otherwise just fold IMO.

Postflop I would play it the same as you did, his turn bet looks very weak to me. Although I'm not really sure if this is the best play here :).

Since his bet on the turn was that small raise is good here for value and protection and if he calls then you can take free showdown.
