      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 9:club: , 9:heart:
      UTG2 folds, MP1 calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.25, 5 folds, MP1 raises to $5.25, Hero calls $3.75 (All-In), MP1 gets uncalled bet back.

      Flop: ($10.35) Q:diamond: , 6:club: , Q:heart:
      Turn: ($10.35) 5:club:
      River: ($10.35) 7:diamond: (2 players)

      Final Pot: $10.35

      Results follow (highlight to see):
Hero shows two pairs, queens and nines (9c 9h)
MP1 shows a pair of queens (Kd Ah)

Hero wins with two pairs, queens and nines (9c 9h)

the postflop isn't the issue at hand. I'm wondering if its alright to all-in instead of fold? The stack left : initial bet ratio is 3:1. I know I only have 99 instead of TT but I had a few thoughts in my head.

      1) any pocket pair is ahead of AK/AQ/AJ/KQ in a 1v1 situation
      2) even though I only had 13 hands off him, his VPIP of >60% and PFR of 30% were way too high.

I was quite surprised at his AK though. Any thoughts?

You had only 13 hands on him, so stats tell you nothing. For this reason I would give up with 99 because of stack : raise ratio, but on the other hand if you saw him in those few hands overplaying his hands and playing bad then it's ok to go broke against him with 99 imo.

For example, I got dealt once AA 3 times in a row on same table... ...people who just sit down at that table would think I'm maniac, but far from it, so it's important to have enough hands if you plan to base your decision on stats.

60/30 after 13 hands already means sth....at least its not very likely he is a solid TAG

so maybe in 9 out of 10 cases he is lose, in the 10th case you just had bad luck :D

      ship it
