Just wondering if anyone else has faced this problem and how do you resolve it? I've tried emailing ftp support but they have been absolutely useless. I've been unable to view my promotions page for the past 2 months now (shows an invalid page) but I'm able to view it when I'm at a friend's house. Has anyone experienced this before?

are you using a router or some kind of web traffic monitoring program?
sounds like for some reason, you have something preventing the page
from sending traffic to you or vice versa.

Web trafficking can be as simple as Adaware or Nod32, Pccillin,
anything that has a firewall and a spyware prevention built into it.

If you are using something like this, try closing the program briefly and just clicking on your promotions... if it works, then you found your culprite and
you can check out the settings to see if for some reason you have the page
      blocked.

If you are savvy enough then you can just go into each program and check
it manually in the first place and skip the turning it off part.

and this web page is the only one you cannot access?

I suggest you unplug your router and connect with one computer directly
through the modem, and try the page. If it works you can be sure it is
      the router.

If it works without the router, post back here and well figure this one out.
Sounds like it is one of the security settings... also, sometimes you have
to assign an ip address to each computer if you are using 3 or 4,
and then allow each one access to the web and other apps 1 by 1.

If it doesnt work without the router then it could still be a proggie you have
on all computers. Hell I have even seen this happen with plain old
      windows firewall once.
