U don't have enough foldequity to raise flop imo. But u do have lots of impied odds. I call this flop against midstack-callingstation-retard and take his entire stack if I hit one of my 11 outs on turn.

I disagree on implied odds, all my 11 outs are action stoppers.

Imo you don´t have here fold equity.
SO I´d call on the flop and if he bets small again on the turn then call agains and fold to rive rui.
If he shoves turn then I don´t have odds to call.
If you decide to raise then shove.
