as i checked behind on turn i thought he could be bluffing... bad deciosion right?

I wouldn't bother stealing with K9o w/o stats/reads the blinds are tight.

As played, c-bet is alright, but if opponent shows action you have to give up without a made hand(TP+), specially if there are so many cards out there that beat you.
