General rule is that you need implied of 20:1

But since this is a 4bet pot and and you're against this really tight bloke, you can probably call. You'll very likely stack him if you hit.

But I'm giving it up when I don't hit.
With that PFR, your hand is no good anymore.


You can call pf and likely call on the flop, but imo you should fold turn, since he has a lot of times KK, AA consider pf action.
