Poker Stars $6.00+$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t10/t20 Blinds - 9 players

MP1: t1500 M = 50
MP2: t1490 M = 49.67
CO: t1500 M = 50
BTN: t1960 M = 65.33
Hero (SB): t1480 M = 49.33
BB: t1110 M = 37
UTG: t1500 M = 50
UTG+1: t1500 M = 50
UTG+2: t1460 M = 48.67

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is SB with A♥ A♠
UTG raises to t80, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls t80, 4 folds, Hero raises to t1480 all in, 1 fold, UTG raises to t1500 all in, 1 fold

This is getting to be a habit, is it a leak, or just really +$EV? I can't help doing it if they are always calling in the first few hands can I?

Flop: (t3060) 6♣ J♥ 2♦ (2 players - 2 are all in)

Turn: (t3060) 3♦ (2 players - 2 are all in)

River: (t3060) 6♥ (2 players - 2 are all in)

Final Pot: t3060

My guess is that most of the time everybody folds to your shove so you dont get maximum value from your aces.
Also if this becomes a habit, people will start to recognise that your early shove means a very strong hand and you will get even fewer callers.
IMO you need to mix it up a bit more. You could slow play by flat calling but my preference would be a standard 3-4 times raise to try to isolate the original raiser.
Of course you do take the risk that you will get outflopped occasionally but I really dont see the point of shoving all in with a premium hand to win 100 chips.

There's no need to push here. Just make a standard reraise (320 here) and bet the flop.
