This schedule is not bad for my inner recreational - about every other day, there's a 'kinky' tourney that I feel like playing. There are some formats never seen before like Zoom PKO (#13), NLO WTB [Win the Button] (#42), PKO WTB (#50).
On a side note, does the Player's Choice format of event #57 imply that the prize pool will consist primarily of tickets to live events of the prize winner's choice (well, we'll find it out when the events are posted in the lobby), and if so, why has this event, that violates the online spirit of SCOOP, been added into the series?

There was this poll in which players could choose a format for this event on 2+2 (iirc).
Ah, thanks. I guess it will be a plain NLHE freezeout with 20-minute blind levels then because that's what most of the 2+2 regposters prefer ![]()
The name of the event is confusing because there used to be (or still are) Player's Choice satellites to live events.

Normally playing most 27 and under ones in week 2, took a week off work for that! Would be nice to have one week of hotrun right then and there!

I hope your legislators get their act together and pass an amendment allowing all online poker tournaments.

Personally i dont see this happen in near future, as they see freerolls and guranteed tournaments as something that creates a false demand for gambling,,
We believe that it is not desirable to attract individuals that are not in generally interested in gambling by excessive marketing offers. Such excessive marketing offers would be definitely tournaments with guaranteed pricepools.
ICYMI: there are now on-demand hyper satellites in the SNG lobby (type 'scoop' in the search box; the rake is 4.5-4.8%, yikes). There aren't enough people willing to play them yet and so they fail to start.
