Bet 365 white login screen / cannot login

Also, i cannot type or do anything, its just a white login screen. Its not as the issue in the link provided above.

Ok so, i just off phone with my brother, and i told you wrong. My brother uses a 3rd isp provider, so there might be something around there. If i resolve this issue, i will post it. Thx in advance any1 trying to shed some light.

A 3rd format and reinstall of windows did the trick, no idea what fixed it.

I'm having the same issue since 2 days ago.
Searched & did everything that was adviced.
Tried on my PC & 2 laptops.
Talked & emailed to support but they weren't that helpful at all.
Have been playing on bet365 constantly since July this year. There have been other software issues but none as terrible as this cause I can't literally log in through the computer software.
Tried formatting my laptop twice but still no luck.
Might try using a vpn as well.

I think it has got to do something with my internet connection. No other explanation.

I thought so too, but it wasnt. As i said, a 3rd format and reinstall of windows did the trick but no idea why. When you reinstall, try not installing any flash and such programs. Also, dont update windows. Go for poker software from the start. Software itself should prompt for ex. flash and install the one its using. If it works, go for backup just in case and then install everything else and update windows. If it doesnt prompt for it and still doesnt work, try installing it.

Since Oct 21st I've been using a vpn to log in & disabling it to play cause there was no other way for me to play there. But today I can't even log in using a vpn. This is so bs. Technical staff is no help at all. All they are saying is that it's currentlyunder review & will get back to me when they find a fix.
I guess I'm moving sites now.

The customer service are so useless and just tells me to use their **** web to play ..

I am having the exact the same problem on all i poker softwares and can not find a fix anywhere.

Have this at Netbet for one year now.
All, support did, was to take 5€/month not played, but would not tell me how i could.
None of my questions were answered over several mails. Ty...
My main question was: where is the web client?

My temporary solution: the Android app, after upgrading to 7.1 - else it would just stop.

No system requirements are given on the download page, neither for the app nor the PC software.

Bet365 is very well appreciated in Vietnam market

I have just got it sorted you need to download the client through Firefox, make sure flash player is up to date and also do a disk clean then it works perfect.
