I`m not folding there unless I know for sure that opponent is playing absolutely by the chart SSS ... squash that , even then I`m not folding TT for 15BB. He might sometimes get fancy with any hand and it suddenlly becomes +EV. Against an unknown SSS I`m insta-calling

Technically this makes your call correct, though by the time you delete 5% of that pot for rake you slide out to 37.2%, making fold correct.

Im with BogdanDin though, most SSS dont play by the chart because most people simply dont have the patience. Im thinking that shove range could as easily be 22+ AJo+ as it is QQ+ AKo+. Shoving. Edit - *especially* shoving vs micro SSS

If you know here that he is playing by the SSS chart then it's an fold. As I understood you marked him as SSS player so that's why I wrote you such decision. But if you have seen him pushing like with AJo and else then you can make the call for such a small stack.
