According to the odds you get you have to be ahead in 32% to make a profitable call which means you have to win 1 out of 3 times.

Villain is very tight postflop and I really don't think he shoves a weaker hand here in 1 of 3 times so I fold my mid 2 pair here. We are kind of deepstacked and I don't want to go broke with mid 2 pair against a passive villain who gets active on the river.
