I would make it 1$ pf. The flop is a raise for me , you have to protect there , if he has a pair + fd he will still call you. I would even call a move from him on a flop like that.

As played bet turn for same reasons. River is close for me , there are few hands you can beat , but given the fact that you checked the turn I might call

      Preflop: Raise to $1.
Flop: I am reraising him here.
      Turn: Betting the here also.

      As played
River: Depending on the opponent I sometimes Call here because I checked on turn, but the bet looks kinda strong and he could try to get value with his hand and it wouldn't be wrong to fold here, guess we are pretty often behind here.

      Best regards,

Raise on the flop is bad. You might have the best hand but if he has A x and then shoves, you must fold. I am just calling the flop.

On the turn, I am betting for protection.

      As played, river is call.

you should end the hand in the turn with huge bet.
Probably he has top pair and flush draw.
As played with two TT the best option in my ipinion was call

Raising flop without flushdraw is mistake imo, if player decides to 3-bet you can´t really call or shove.
I´d just call flop and evaluate on the turn.
I´d bet turn for protection and value and fold to raise, if get called you can take free showdown. +
You can likely call river, although you´re not really ahead there too many times
