This one is difficult, because some of his range can contain Q. He could have a flsudraw aswell, but i think its still bet/fold given that he is not that agressive, and probably wont raise without better hand. And to c/c: i dont think you will induce bet out of him with him having worse hand considering his (non)agresiveness, so again bet to make sure he pays you off the times he has worse hands, bet will go in anyways (he wont check behind with worse hand).

i dont think he will pay you off here with anything worse hands, so if you are plaing on folding to action i'd say check/fold, but i think this is too weak so im playing check/call also.

he could simply have over cards and try and represent this hand and you only need to be ahed ~10% to be +EV WP imo

This guy wil pay you off with A-high, maybe even K-high (KJ he could hold), and any worse pair he might openraise pf 44, 66,77, 88 any 3 and any 9, check/call there is a fishy play imo.

So not true. Players like this or even less aggressive (AF < 1.0) bets river with A high quite frequently. I usually play with "regular" fishes. Don't remember which one is this, but they do that a lot. I have notes on lots of them.

BTW, he didn't open raise. He cold called.

tomyzb is 100% correct. You sacrifice value by not betting here when he has a hand that will pay you off at showdown because of a chance of check behind with a worse hand and he will likely not raise a worse hand, this is a good spot for bet/fold.
