after donk bet/call + turn call and check on the river i put villain on fd therefore i decided to stick my last 5$ in the pot of 14. should i bet river?

I would make it 3.5$ on the flop, and shove the turn.
As played check the river. You only getting called by better hands.


I´d check river, because it is hard him to call with worse hands.
You can also bet a little more on the turn.
