      Hi all.
You may or may not have seen from other threads I have started that I am looking for a new site to lose my money on.
I curently play mostly at Stars but this account is not tracked to PS hence my lowly Bronze status.
I cannot play FT because I have an old account not tracked to PS and they refuse point blank to retrack it despite the fact that I have never deposited there!
I am looking for a site which has all or most of the following:
      1. Good traffic in both sng and nl at the lower limits ($10 -$20 sng, NL100, FL $0.50/$1)
      2. Good traffic at higher levels.
      3. Easy withdrawals to Visa
      4. Able to use Pokertracker (with or without HUD)
      5. Good rakeback or equivalent bonuses.
      6. Good first deposit bonus

I would be grateful if you could give me your opinions of Bwin in respect of the above please. Many thanks.

if you want to keep your sanity, don't play at bwin. the software is driving me NUTS. horrible laggy, constant disappearing connection and now i can't even sit down at tables because they have troubles updating my cashier.. the funniest problem there would be the unclosable tables - you try to leave a table, press leave, you're taken away from the game but the window is left open and closes after 5minutes, so you're stuck looking at some jerks playing.

There's sportsbook as you know so that's the reason more why is it extra fishy.
You can find players who will gladly donate you their stacks with A high (all the way up to NL100 you will hardly find someone who will muck his ace).
Bonuses are solid (40-50% of your rake), if you make it to the yellow status in b'inside you can change 125,000 market points for 50€, 250,000 market points for 100€ etc..
Only big leak is that lag and abnormal CPU usage if you play 6+ tables.
But they promised they will fix that with P5.

imo its a very good site to win at, yes the software sucks, however its very fishy, there are loads of bonuses aswell so thats pretty much your rake back.

      gl with it

10x bonuses are so easy to clear. I would prefer 10x bonuses low $ bonuses to 8x High $ bonuses.

the only thing I like about bwin is:
      1. they have mobile client so I can play from my Nokia phone at cash table during boring meetings and trips
2.pay in/pay out is very nice

otherwise i don't like it because i lost lots of money there :( (

      what about the bonuses?
      can you give some details?

I started playing on bWin when first played poker .. I played NL10 ShortHanded (that was the lowest limit) there (didnt know much about poker that time) but still won like 2000$ in 3 months (started with 40$ - First played with 4$ on table) and I did not even know it was possible to multi/table that time :-D

Than I stopped playing there because I was bored in NL10 and did not want to get too serious to poker to play NL25, so started trying tournies, Omaha and such, just for fun (but still winning a bit) .. The crazies thing I ever seen - It was possible to play NO-Limit Omaha there .. So I started with 10$ stack, went up to 60$ and then lost it in 3 way all-in on the flop holding nut str8 + top 2 pair .. A guy called all in with 5 high flush draw and got there ;-)

That time (in september-november 2008) there was a lot of recreational players that like to gamble (I do not want to say "fish" - they were no poker pros, just played for fun and thrill, sometimes all in preflop with 9Ts and so)

I do not know how it is now however, as they have a new software and smaller minimal limits and a lot more players

The new software froze my computer. I tried for a couple of weeks after the 'update' but I couldn't even run two tables - forget about my bonus.

The client takes 140MB RAM. I just cashed out it was tilting me to play there. Support didn't have any answers for me.

ive come back to play at bwin after leaving because of the software update, its actually not that bad, once you get used to it I would almost say its quite good.

I like the fact that there are no waiting lists as now you can just watch the lobby and jump in when theres a free seat.

I do agree its very resource hungry but I have a fairly decent pc and 6 tabling is no problem.

I used to love bwin. A lot of fish traffic till the 50$ SnG's
But the new software killed my computer because i fave Vista and only 512 RAM.
i can only one table and have everything else closed. so I'm out from them. Looking for a new platform right now.
