As we announced in the news Pacific Poker will be working on a new software. They will be happy to incorporate Feedback and wishes from our community.

What are you missing? What would you like to have?

On an important sidenote: 888 has two large goals for this year. One is an improved VIP program, which they introduced last week - and the other is the improvement of the software.

This project is currently high on their priority list and 888 is well aware of the current problems. We are using our current starting capital promotion to give 888.com user feedback on their software - and 888 will be glad to receive it.

888 is a very fishy and thus profitable site - so it is a shame that the software isn't on the same level as many of the competitor sites. This is why your feedback is important here!

Hey!

I've already given some (not exactly positive) feedback in the starting capital thread. Apart from that from what I've seen, the 6max tables actually have 9 or 10 seats which is somewhat not cool because there's only like half of table playing - I suggest them to get a layout for 6max tables. Also the casino and blackjack links don't work :(.

They should get completely new software.
Or just make this crash less.
Preferably not to crash at all...

Other features are pretty normal, no fancy stuff but I found it ok for grinding 8 tables.

Also their notes system is quite bad, although I make notes in HEM.

Their hand histories show incorrect won money...

I checked out the site to see if I should 'go bronze' on it. As a SitnGo player, it did not appeal.

The tournament menu is frustrating to navigate, and the starting chips for SitnGos appear too low for intelligent play - 1200 from memory. Also, there was low traffic for that type of NLH on the occasions that I visited.

>>>>> No, you are NOT paranoid. I really AM coming to get you ....<<<<<

Hello!

The starting chips ammount is actually 1500 which isn't that bad for regular SNGs. FLHU SNGs however, have a terrible terrible terrible structure. A level goes up every 15 HANDS! I mean what the hell, turbo FLHU?! They seriously shouldn't be so rake-greedy and at least give us the opportunity to play some normal poker :|.

So... your feedback is that you have no feedback.

In that case:

A check box that waits for the big blind and automatically posts it when it comes around to you.

It would be handy if the table layout/background could be changed without having to close and re-open the table. Also, the edited label color doesn't change until the hand is over, even though this is a minor flaw.

we should be able to see mucked hards tbh

Yeah, some history replay feature would be handy. The "last hand" player is really awkward to use...

I already mentioned that to their live support in one of our chats... even though they seemed more interested in presenting me some new super-duper bonuses they have, they might had taken note on my remark...

Because those 5s time to click 'post big blind' are very often not enough when you're multitabling and that's why I keep an eye on all tables and just 'sit in' when it's my turn to post BB. That button would sure spare me some time.

As a sng-player i was really suprised on their structures.
They have different startingchips for normal and turbo (1500/1200)
, also dons have ante which the normal ones does not strangely enough.
In general it feels very fast put together. the one thing i like is the instant allin buton for push n fold and the bad players, other than that not much good.

1. 6-max tables should really be 6-max, not 10-max with just 6 random seats occupied. So damn frustrating.

2. Table filtering should be changed to allow me to search for a particular stake (like nl4), not all the stakes below nl100

3. I would like to see a feature that allows me to sort the tables by more than one criteria - e.g. first I want to sort them by the number of seats occupied then by average pot and then by hands/hour.

4. A feature that allows me to see how many people there are in the wiating lists and that shows the tables where I'm on the waiting list at the moment

5. I don't like the grpahics - I can't see who bets, how much he bets, what is the size of the pot etc. Maybe that's just cause I'm new, but on stars or party I could get used in the first few hands

6. Preferred seat option

Thats it for now :).

i couldnt really appreciate the bets and cards when the tables are resized... maybe they can have the numbers bigger on the cards or something...

and there are times that the software is quite laggy...

Hi, Anyone know how long will it take for the free 50$ to show on the account? Are there any deposit requirements or can I just wait while my 888 poker account is on zero? Thanks fellows!!

First of all: I like the variety of SnGs offered. Of course improvement is still possible there.

The interface is very bad. The delays are very annoying and the color scheme is hurting my eyes. They should have used much softer colors. They bright green is awful.
They should also include a design with no chairs, but simple blurs or whatever to indicate players. Chairs consist of very much elements and are very confusing.
