Preflop you should reraise at least 450 for value and protection. Standardsize would be something like 550 after raise and coldcall.
As played I do not like the floppush. The board is completely dry and you want to get payed from worse hands. That's why 1/2 potsize should be enough. Maybe they sense weakness and repush.
