villain is 19/17/2 solid regular

160$ effective

Hero is BTN with A♣ 9♠

2 folds, CO raises to 1,75$, Hero raises to 5$, 2 folds, CO calls 5$

Flop: 6♣ 7♣ 8♣ POT: 10,75$

CO checks, Hero bets 7$, CO raises to 20$

okey his range here is sets/made flush/str draw. my plan here is to call but what to do on the turn if:

- i complete str with T and he pots
- i complete str with 6 and he pots
- brick -> i fold imo
- board pairs - > i fold imo
- i complete flush -> ship it
but on the other side i am sure that i wont get any value on the turn if the flush completes, therefore it is really temping to reraise him here :(

you are in position and you are 3 stacks deep. calling is certainly the superior option. if i was OOP, then i would worry more about lesser implied odds.

- i complete str with T and he pots
call and evaluate river, likely call him down
- i complete str with 6 and he pots
that is not possible, if complete straight with 5 then I´d also call turn
- brick -> i fold imo
you can call since you´re so deep
- board pairs - > i fold imo
fold is fine there
- i complete flush -> ship it
I´d all, since he won´t really get all-in unless he holds straigth flush on 4-way flush board
