      I'd probably just raise AJo preflop even from the SB, you'll get folds often if he's bad and some limp/calls with pocket pairs followed by a fold to your c-bet, which is a huge money maker. If you aren't comfortable with it completing is also ok i guess.

      I'd just lead the flop and bet/fold the turn to get calls from Ax and flushdraws, if anybody has Kx they'll let you know soon enough.

      As played you can probably peel the turn minraise in case he's just full of it, but i'd either blockbet/fold or check/fold the blank river without a read that he can play draws/busted draws that way, it's most often a slowplayed Kx.
