No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (8 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop

UTG+1 ($50)
MP1 ($27.70)
MP2 ($37.45)
Gerv (CO) ($53.75)
Button ($34.05)

SB ($87.70)
BB ($30.65)
UTG ($24.85)

Preflop: Gerv is CO with Q, A
4 folds, Gerv bets $2, Button raises $5, 2 folds, Gerv calls $3

Flop: ($10.75) Q, 7, K (2 players)
Gerv checks, Button bets $2, Gerv raises $15, Button calls $13

Turn: ($40.75) 9 (2 players)
Gerv bets $27

Ok so preflop 60/33 3bet me, so should I have 4bet it right here to $12?

As played, I opted for c/R on the flop since he ALWAYS cbet. Though he calls so what do I put him on? Kx?

So basically do I have to give up on the Turn ?

his stack size is too small that I´d consider folding there AQs, so you can 4-bet pf to 15$/calls hove or shove directly and expect to get called by worse Ax hands
with that board there is nothing wrong c/c him down, especially when he would bet small all streets.
if you´re going to c/r, then shoving turn is fine, he could also have draws
