cus his line doesn't indicate air at all. i put him on a strong hand like KQ, mby AK, set or another 2par because of his turn bet. Since he's familiar with the concept of bluffing the river with air, he will probably be more likely to put me on it too

If he bets He is also beting for value )- & ok also as a semi bluff which is correct line imo ..

no it is not the correct line if you have been making many c-bets. you leave yourself vulnerable to a check raise and the pot gets bigger and you still have NOTHING.
