      Hello erdomester,

      You need to answer your last ticket from our support and tell them that you decided to choose PokerStars. Also tell them what your account name is there.

      They will then enter it for you and try to transfer the starting capital.

      i send a lot of messages whit my problems to support and nobody answer for already 4 days...
      what kind of program do you have?

      I'm not sure I understand your problem. Your first ticket was about the starting capital which you received 5 days ago and your other ticket is 2 hours old...

      If anyone knows this....

      This morning I got an email with a subject of Welcome to Full Tilt Poker.
      Then I tried to write my ID on the aforementioned site at the 4th step and tadamm, there was an editbox. So I wrote it in and it says:

      The account was successfully registered.
      Full-Tilt-Poker Player ID: ✔

      And in the program at the cashier my balance is still 0.00$....

      There is always a 24-48 hour time gap between you entering your player name on the website and the starting capital actually being transferred.

      Did you get in contact with our support via the ticket system?
