How did you managed to break a bed or a wall?
BTW I'd say you shouldn't play poker, if it makes you do such things. Or at least work on yourself
Some walls won't go down without a sledgehammer, but mine are relatively easy to punch through. Stomping the bed with my foot did the trick too. But this is a list of all the things I destroyed during my poker career, it's not like I tilt and break stuff on a regular basis. Today's an exception as I'm 8BI down.

I'm not the calmest of all myself, and I know such behaviour affects others pretty badly. One of my girlfriends looked at me as if I just had killed someone, but I only lost a hand because of suckout and shouted a couple of nasty words towards the villain Wonder what she would do if I started punching through walls ♦
I limit myself only to brief shouting and hitting the table with a fist (my table is quite light, so it jumps pretty easily, and once I spilled a cup of tea that was on it - took the tilt away instantly, as I was saving my laptop lol). Can't afford to break things with my current poker earnings ♦

However I broke one keyboard and one mouse playing Americas Army a while ago and I learned my lesson - only destroy cheap things when angry. ♦
