Without particular reads on villain I think you have to fold here.
Why would he shove against a bigger stack reraiser unless he has the goods?
As it happens he is quite clearly a moron but its an exception and I think in general, calling a raise, reraise, re-reraise all-in with AQ at any level is a big leak which will long term cost you a lot of money mate.
BTW i think your initial reraise is right.
If you have no respect for the players on this limit, dont play against them because it impairs your judgement which I think you already know or you wouldnt have posted the hand.
Either that or play but at least adjust your thinking to include the fact that whilst there undoubtedly are a lot of crap players at this limit there are certainly a huge number of quality players who will only make this play with AA/KK.
