i dont like this hand out of position so I would just fold pre.
but as played i would call flop and see turn card and if it is not 9 A or club then fold
I definately think shoving is the best option in this spot. The SPR on the flop is only 3 and you have 7 nut outs and 8 second nut outs. Your equity against JJxx is 43% and you need 42% (I hope this is right,...). However, you're a favourite over JTxx and a bare nut flush draw.
