Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Hand abspielen

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      MP3(Hero):
      $10.90
      CO:
      $15.51
      BU:
      $13.55
      SB:
      $18.41
      BB:
      $10.15

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A, A.
Hero raises to $0.40, CO folds, BU calls $0.40, 2 folds.

      Flop: ($0.95) Q, J, 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.70, BU calls $0.70.

      Turn: ($2.35) K (2 players)
Hero bets $1.65, BU raises to $4.60, Hero raises to $9.80, BU calls $5.20.

      River: ($21.95) 3 (0 players)
      BU gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $16.75.

      Results follow:

Hero shows a flush, ace high(Ac Ad).
BU shows a straight, king high(9s Ts).

Hero wins with a flush, ace high(Ac Ad).

I figured that every spade (9) + every ace (2) + every ten (3) = 14 outs so was this ok push?

I dont think it was a good push, u dont ahve14 outs, u have about 7clean outs for spades 1clean out for Ace and 2clean outs for Ten which is 10 outs which is baoput 20percent equity if u are beat , and u usually are beat (rarely some supermega fish cna have K3 or smth and feel strong)
U are beat because Flushdraw completed, Str8draw completed, even some twopair combinations but they wouldnt prob play this this way ... but u are usually beat
and u dont have any fold equity
Villains line is telling u u are beat, the question is , is he fishy enough to do some spewy, funky play or is his line telling the strength of his hand? ( U have to answer this question and if u feel like he is telling the truth u fold, if u feel he is super mega fishy u may push it with hardtime but u will be mainly behind but u will have more equity)

Hope it helps (copying this line from HandJudge ...:D )

This a fold you likely shouldn't make against somebody who's capable of playing good poker or a random nl10 fish, but more often than not villain is just the average nl10 tag and when he raises that turn he has a straight a flush or KQ.

      Hope it helps.
