You lost against a Royal Flush and BU only called the river? Or did you lose against a flush with a 2 kicker?

Not that bad but close.

He had Aces with the ace of spades.

The other one called all the way with T8o (T of spades)

He had 3 outs on the flop which isn't that much of a bad beat but with this action it really hurts. :/

Im in the middle of reading Super System by Brunson... And he says that EVERY single bet is important... So, wouldnt it be wise to just fold this hand? You know your beat, there isnt ANYthin on that board that you can actually beat...

You prob called outta frustration as most people do... But to be truly great, saving every bet possible is the way to go

Nope folding here is the worst thing you can do.
The bet is bad but the river has to bet called for 1 bet. As I said the raiser is a maniac he can even raise with twopair or worse set and the caller is an idiot who calls anything.. just look at the flop with what he coldcalled.
