0,15/0,30 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.8 by www.pokerstrategy.cc.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with J♦, A♦
Hero raises, 5 folds, BU 3-bets, SB calls, BB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (10,00 SB) 8♦, 5♦, 9♠ (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, BU bets, SB folds, Hero calls.

raise flop and lead turn or play it passive? I think he would call with any overcards and also an overpair is likely.
Turn: (6,00 BB) 2♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero raises, BU calls.

River: (10,00 BB) 9♣ (2 players)
Hero bets, BU calls.

Final Pot: 12,00 BB

with no other players in there i think its good to play passive. you don´t want to isolate yourself against a made hand.

when is it then ok to play your flush draws aggressively?
i have never done that.

Hmm really not easy to say if we can check/raise here.

First it loose a bit weird if we check/raise here because SB folded and it would look like that we wanted to check/raise both (value check/raise) so if he is a good thinking player I think he would be able to fold a better A-high at the river. (he has the potodds to call the flop and the turn)

On the other hand the pot is very big already which reduces our fold equity and a good player will notice this as well so he might see just a flushdraw in our check/raise because with every made hand we would try to protect our hand.

I think check/call is fine here.

@henno07 playing a fd aggressivly oop is mostly if we are HU right from the start. (HU at the flop not preflop)
There we check/raise nearly any flushdraw because he will fold a better hand very often. (A-high and K-high hands for example)
