Sizing is ok although $25-$26 would be ok also.
But don't ever fold this for 100BB.
You invested so much money that it is definitely +EV to call the shove.
Even if he only shoves {QQ+} and half the combinations of AK we're breaking even.

But I think that is he more inclined to shove here only KK, AA and call AK and QQ ?

Calling AK as well as QQ (btw QQ only has 1 combination anyway :)) would be pretty bad, so I assume he either folds or shoves them.

But do u need to 4b that hand prf or can just call or also give away?

As I said I think calling is the only option you can't take because it's very obvious what you have and the hand doesn't play too well 3way OOP.

Folding as well as 4betting are options.
Usually if I'm not 100% sure about whether a 4bet or a fold is better I rather fold because one think we have to keep in mind is that by 4betting we don't risk the 29BB we put in the pot but 100BB - we can't fold after we 4bet and so 4betting small basically commits the same amount of chips as shoving.

So you don't make a call here with TT-QQ? I feel that even if our hand is fairly face up, given the position dynamics (CO is 3betting vs MP3) openfolding is too weak. And as you've said, 4betting is too risky.

The thing is that by calling you don't achieve much compared to 4betting or folding:
You are still going broke against better hands and he still doesn't have too many hands that pay you off.
Furthermore if the flop is A high or K high he cbets and we have to fold - so on a lot of flops we even fold the best hand.

Or to answer your question: No, I don't call.
Either my hand is strong enough to 4bet against his range or it isn't - but if it is not I don't want to be in a pot OOP against a range that strong anyway, so I fold.

I think we obviously need to be cold 4bet bluffing in order to 4b such a hand for value. Or rather, villain must think we're capable of cold 4b bluff.

Villains value range for 3betting MP does really well against QQ. The best we can hope for is TT-JJ and he's obviously just mucking there if he thinks we only 4b for value.

Flatting indeed turn our hand face up as TT+, AK, AQ. And also, we're investing too much money in order to win not such a big pot, risking possibly losing a big pot.

I only like calling pre if villain will go crazy post flop, but views a 4b as something super strong. Or if MP3 is crazy and might shove over with 88 or something like that.
