Preflop: Hero is SB with 7♠, 7♣
2 folds, BU raises, Hero 3-bets, BB folds, BU calls.

Flop: (7,00 SB) Q♦, Q♣, A♦ (2 players)
Hero bets, BU calls.

Turn: (4,50 BB) J♦ (2 players)
Hero bets, BU calls.

River: (6,50 BB) 3♦ (2 players)
Hero bets, BU calls.

Final Pot: 8,50 BB

check/fold turn or river? Here I made a pure bluff at the river - maybe a higher pocket (88-TT) or a J will fold.

I think you can check/fold the turn. There is nearly no hand he can call the flop which you beat on the turn. He won't fold a Q or J and a lower pocketpair is very unlikely because it would be folded very often on the turn and even if he called with it he might have hit a low flush which he won't fold either.
